Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any payments to GHL Wallet App (Optiro AI). This policy outlines the scope of refunds applicable to payments made directly to us and clarifies our role as a technology platform — not a financial intermediary between agencies and their clients.
Nature of Service
GHL Wallet App is a software application and infrastructure provider that enables agency owners to implement a wallet system within their own platforms.
- We do not collect payments from end users (subaccounts)
- We do not hold or manage customer funds
- All payments made by subaccounts are handled directly by the agency owner
GHL Wallet App acts solely as a technology enabler.
Scope of This Refund Policy
This policy applies only to payments made to GHL Wallet App (Optiro AI) for:
- Application access
- Subscription fees
- Setup or service charges
This policy does not apply to:
- Payments between agency owners and their subaccounts
- Wallet balances maintained within agency systems
- Any third-party transactions
Wallet Top-Ups (Agency Level)
- All wallet balances are managed by the agency owner
- GHL Wallet App has no control, ownership, or liability over such balances
- Refund requests for wallet balances must be handled by the agency owner directly
Subscription & Service Fees
- All subscription fees paid to GHL Wallet App are non-refundable
- Once a billing cycle has started, no refunds will be issued
- Users may cancel future renewals at any time
Eligible Refund Cases (Limited)
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
Eligible scenarios:
- Duplicate payment made to GHL Wallet App
- Payment completed but service not activated due to a verified system error on our side
- Proven billing error attributable to GHL Wallet App
All refund requests are subject to internal verification and approval. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Dissatisfaction with agency-level wallet implementation
- Disputes between agency owners and their clients
- Usage-based charges within agency systems
- Third-party service failures
- User misconfiguration or incorrect setup
- Change of mind after subscription commencement
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
- Applicable transaction or processing charges may be deducted from the refund amount
Limitation of Liability
GHL Wallet App shall not be held responsible for:
- Any financial transactions between agency owners and their subaccounts
- Loss of funds, disputes, or claims arising from agency-managed wallets
- Misuse of wallet systems by agency owners or their clients
Fraud & Abuse
Any attempt to misuse the refund system will result in immediate account suspension. Fraudulent claims may lead to permanent termination and legal action under applicable Indian law.
Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the service after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
