Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: April 23, 2026
This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel your GHL Wallet App subscription, and clarifies our role as a technology platform with respect to agency-level cancellations and subaccount management.
Nature of Service
GHL Wallet App is a software platform that enables agency owners to implement a wallet system within their own ecosystem.
- We do not manage or control end-user (subaccount) wallets
- We do not collect payments from subaccounts
- All financial relationships between agency owners and their clients are independent of GHL Wallet App
Free Trial
- We offer a 7-day free trial for new users
- Users may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged
- If not cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically begin
- No charges are applied during the trial period unless otherwise specified
Subscription Cancellation
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time
- Cancellation will stop future billing only — no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle once it has started
- Access to the platform will continue until the end of the active billing period
Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or data immediately. You will retain access until the end of your paid period.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription through the following channels:
- Log in to your account dashboard and navigate to subscription settings
- Select "Cancel Subscription" and follow the on-screen instructions
- Alternatively, email us at support@ghlwallet.app with your cancellation request
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges.

Agency-Level Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for managing your subaccounts
- You must handle all cancellation requests from your clients directly
- GHL Wallet App has no responsibility or involvement in subaccount cancellations or disputes
Effect of Cancellation
- Your access to GHL Wallet App features will continue until the end of the current billing period
- After expiry, access to the platform may be restricted or removed
- Any configurations, data, or integrations may be deleted after a reasonable retention period
We strongly recommend exporting any important data before your subscription expires.
Non-Cancellable Items
The following are non-cancellable once activated or consumed:
- Setup or onboarding services
- Custom development or integration work
- Any consumed services within the platform
Suspension vs. Cancellation
GHL Wallet App reserves the right to:
- Suspend accounts for violations of our Terms of Service or misuse of the platform
- Terminate access without prior notice in cases of abuse, fraud, or illegal activity
Suspension differs from cancellation — suspended accounts may be reinstated upon resolution, while terminated accounts may be permanently closed.
No Liability for Agency Disputes
GHL Wallet App shall not be liable for:
- Any disputes between agency owners and their subaccounts
- Refunds, cancellations, or billing disagreements within agency-managed systems
- Loss of business due to agency-level decisions or cancellations
Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify users via email or a notice on our platform. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
